Because yipping at 5.15a.m. Is not the way to endear your canine self to the grown ups...

So, a late start after slonking in bed with cups of tea & various books.( Teinis ended the night in the car & serves her right!)

A glorious walk this afternoon at Valasay where clever people wore their anoraks & your driver took hers (but left it in the car & walked in her fleece)

All was well, until the big black cloud deluged on the world but, I have a whole new hairstyle - Shirley Williams, look to your laurels!

Couscous & fresh herrings with green salad followed by a selection of English & Scottish cheeses from Bruar, Worcester & Granny Smith apples with Stag oatcakes, all washed down with a good Cabernet Sauvignon.
